The registration period for the second phase for the 2022-2023 school year is open from September 16 to 22 (until 14:00) for the extracurricular activities in which there are vacancies. If in this second phase there is more demand than free places, we will proceed to draw lots among the new registrations.
On the other hand, we would like to inform you that the extracurricular activities for the 2022-2023 school year will start next Monday, October 3rd. Except for the Basketball and Soccer activities that will start next September 27th (only those participating in School Sports). There are sports teams right through from Pre-primary to Post-secondary level: basketball, football, hockey, multi-sports and more. What’s your option?
Sport is vital for health, and by playing team sports you also form part of something bigger: a team.
Do you want to carry on improving your English? Do you want to gain proficiency in French? Sign up for the Ikastola’s extracurricular English activity, coordinated by Mondragon Lingua, and you’ll see how your level gets better and better.
We’ll also prepare you to obtain official Cambridge certificates.
And we’ll help you get to C1 level in Basque. If you want to learn, the Ikastola will give you what you need!
Would you like to be an activity instructor, get a first aid certificate, be a lifeguard or become an official sports coach? You can find all these options and more among the post-secondary extracurricular courses.
Add to your professional sports and leisure curriculum, getting the main formal qualifications you need to work in this field.
Do you like art? Or do you prefer robotics?
All our students have the chance to develop their talent in an informal learning environment too. Each one can focus on their hobbies, their interests, what they are they good at or what they like the best. All this is offered by the Ikastola’s extracurricular activities.
Do you want to develop your artistic skills, or a creative pursuit? Or are you into singing? Creating works of art? All this and more is available in the art and creativity extracurricular activities.
The students also have the chance to continue developing their entrepreneurial skills and attitudes for innovation in a more relaxed way, as a leisure pursuit.
In addition to this the students get to present their ideas to an audience, which helps enhance their social and public speaking skills.
